RMCS internet support allows our technicians to help you remotely, in real-time, while you watch or run to the store for milk.

A high-speed internet connection is all that is needed to have us repair your software glitches or give a tutorial. Read the full guidelines below for complete details.


RMCS internet support is a small program that allows a secure, encrypted connection to be made from your computer to one of our technicians for full remote support.

There are times when our gurus can't reach you until the next business day, remote access allows us to be in two places at once... helping you while kicking back in our pajamas.

All internet support is billed at $45.00 per incident. All internet support requests end after 30 minutes. If your issue(s) is not fixed within 30 mintues, a service call will be made to your home or business and you will be discounted 1/3 of your internet support charge.

The software that is downloaded from this website to allow remote support is automatically deleted once our technicians log out of your computer. There is virtually no trace of our session... except that your computer will be running smoothly again.

All that is needed is a high-speed internet connection from your computer. Dial-up internet simply will not work.

Our technicians respect your privacy and do not intentionally peruse through your computer files, but please note that often we will have to access certain areas of your computer to fix issues. Basically, if you have any files that you would like kept private, password protect them or remove them from your computer before your session.

Our technicians will not exchange files between your computer and ours without your verbal permission. There are times when we will need to transfer a software patch or install a program, this will only be done with your permission.
